Bambu Studio to Creality Print
Yes. Creality Print is an OrcaSlicer fork in the Bambu Studio file family, so nearly everything carries.
Do I need to convert first?
Yes. Converting translates the settings into Creality Print's own key set. Then read the Notes table.
What carries over?
Every plate and every filament. Modifiers and negative volumes keep all their roles. Supports and seams keep the same spelling. Layer ranges ship unchanged, byte for byte. Part settings are translated key by key, and object names and parts carry.
What changes?
Nothing is repaired: the weld step finds an indexed mesh and leaves it. The one
row you may see is
Filament-to-nozzle map / dropped / The target printer has one nozzle.
It appears only when your file sets a nozzle map and the Creality printer has
one nozzle. Shared losses are in
what a conversion cannot carry.
Which Creality Print settings will not come from my file?
About 251 keys Creality Print declares have no Bambu Studio counterpart, such
as
ai_infill.
Each takes its value from the Creality printer profile you picked, and from
Creality Print's default where that profile sets nothing.
