The Raw tab shows the archive itself: a tree of files on the left, the open file on the right.

How do I search?

The box above the tree searches every file at once. Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on a Mac) searches the open file.

How do I see what changed?

A changed file opens as a side-by-side diff: original on the left, current on the right. Click Ordered to sort keys, so moved lines stop showing as changes.

Can I edit files here?

Yes. Add, create, rename or remove files. Turn off Diff to edit the text. Every change goes in the change list. Remove every file and the tab shows an empty state; revert a change to bring one back.
